We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who want to work with the latest medical imaging technology and provide high-quality patient care.

Job Description

A key responsibility of this role is to operate CT equipment, producing cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue that aid in diagnosing medical conditions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, and have a strong ability to adapt to new situations.

In this role, you will be responsible for positioning patients for CT scans, setting controls on related equipment, monitoring patients, and making adjustments as necessary.

You will also assist radiologists with imaging procedures, start IVs, inject contrast (if applicable), dispense oral contrast to patients, and evaluate CT scans for technical quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Eighteen months prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Tech
  • Must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified
  • Most states require licensure
