Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at TOP Group. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service. They will also oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff. Japanese language skills are a plus but not required.

• Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise
• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate rates and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

We estimate the annual salary range for this position to be around $62,000-$67,000 based on industry standards and market conditions in SeaTac, WA. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
