Position Overview: We are in search of skilled, passionate, and dynamic bartenders to enhance our vibrant team. In this role, you will thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment, delivering an exceptional dining experience that embodies our philosophy of living well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exhibit genuine hospitality and provide outstanding service in the bar area.
• Prepare, garnish, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to our established standards.
• Guide guests in selecting menu items, taking orders, and ensuring they feel valued throughout their visit.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar while delivering friendly and attentive service.
• Adhere to company protocols for serving alcoholic beverages responsibly.
• Assist in maintaining a sanitized and safe restaurant environment.
• Compensation includes hourly wages plus tips, with holidays off (Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas).

Qualifications:

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interest in building relationships with guests and fellow team members.
