About the Role: Halifax Health UF Health Medical Center of Deltona Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, utilizing the nursing process to assess, collect, and document data. They will establish, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care plans, providing accountable and responsible nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards. Additionally, they will engage in collaborative relationships with peers and other professional disciplines, applying principles of leadership and assuming responsibility for their own professional growth and accountability. Key responsibilities include ensuring patient safety, promoting effective communication, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Qualifications:
* Currently licensed as a RN in the State of Florida
* Bachelor degree/diploma/associate degree from an accredited School of Nursing
* Certifications as required by individual unit/area
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions
