Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and project estimation services to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, including task lists, durations, and sequencing information.
  • Work with clients and contractors to establish clear project scope and ensure that estimates match the work and appear reasonable.
  • Coordinate site orientation and ensure proper Chemical Clearance before bringing chemicals on site.
  • Generate complete and accurate RFA (Request for Action) documents, including clear scope, start and end dates, and attachments.
  • Develop project sourcing plans and execution strategies to meet client needs.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings to describe project scope and answer questions.
  • Organize and run daily huddles and execution meetings to monitor project progress and performance.
  • Verify timesheets and invoices to ensure accurate charging and budget compliance.
  • Actively participate in cost and schedule meetings to keep clients informed.
  • Ensure that all plant permits are thoroughly understood by contractors and used properly.
  • Work with clients and contractors to develop downtime schedules and establish construction work areas.
  • Ensure client needs are met within company guidelines.
  • Keep work areas clean, neat, and organized.
  • Coordinate completion of construction activities for turnover and prepare punch lists and exception lists.
  • Prepare and submit turnover packages at the end of each project.
  • Maintain good project files and ensure documentation is neat and orderly.
  • Ensure contractors understand and follow site standards and policies, including security and auditing procedures.
  • Promote the importance of safety and participate in site safety audits.
