Veterinarian Associate

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our team at Baldwin Animal Clinic. As a key member of our veterinary medical team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of medical and surgical cases, while supporting your professional growth and development.

This is a full-time position that offers a collaborative and supportive work environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and client service. You will work closely with our experienced DVM team to manage a varied caseload, including surgeries and appointments, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a variety of areas.

• Serve patients and clients with a relationship-based approach
• Collaborate and engage with the clinical team and leadership
• Grow relationships within the practice and the community
• Encourage the growth of support staff members through our internal LevelUp training program
• Manage a varying caseload, including surgeries and appointments during our open hours

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
• Active license in good standing to practice in the state in which candidate will be employed (or the ability to obtain a license in that state)
