  • Prepare advanced tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities, leveraging expertise to optimize tax outcomes for clients.
  • Review tax plans prepared by staff members, providing feedback and recommendations to enhance the quality and effectiveness of tax planning strategies.
  • Develop and implement advanced tax planning strategies for clients, identifying opportunities for tax optimization and risk mitigation.
  • Stay current on tax law updates and changes, proactively researching and analyzing developments to ensure compliance and inform client recommendations.
  • Conduct initial interviews with potential new hires, assessing qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
Requirements
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to facilitate the professional development and growth of junior staff members.
  • Maintain client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and presenting tax-related information to clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated tax solutions.
