Gulfside Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for the strategic recruitment operations, including full life-cycle recruitment of all roles across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Manage advertising algorithms to ensure viable candidates are sourced through cutting-edge processes.
- Partner with the Director of HR Systems to manage Position Control and ensure timely onboarding of new hires.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to deliver exceptional customer service on recruitment, posting, sourcing, and employment best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging sourcing techniques, systems, and operations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites to build applicant sources.
- Organize and participate in community outreach events, such as job fairs and associations relative to the position.
- Evaluate applicants and administer pre-screen contact when necessary/requested.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and prepare offer letters.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role with healthcare experience preferred.
- Expert knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, UKG preferred.
- SHRM, HRCI, or other related certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization and candidates.
