Field Operations Specialist

Global IID Parent LLC is hiring a Service Technician to join our Field Operations team.
This is a full-time, hourly position with an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of experience in a similar role, and excellent technical and communication skills.
About the PositionWe are seeking a motivated individual who can perform a variety of tasks, including installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and removal of products.
Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, conducting training sessions, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience in a similar position
- Excellent technical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with occasional overtime required.
The employee must be able to sit, kneel, and install products into tight spaces, as well as lift and move up to 50 pounds.
The noise level is usually moderate, and the employee must be flexible and willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary.
