Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and responding to complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and coupons.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that products are displayed and rotated properly.
  • Unload trucks and place delivered items in designated areas.
  • Monitor product and supply levels, and notify store management of any discrepancies or opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and customer service principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a variety of temperatures.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
