Renal Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate New Graduate RN to join our team at IU Health Bloomington Hospital. As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

This is a full-time position with a 7am start time, 4 days per week. You will work in a fast-paced hospital setting, providing lifesaving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact in our community.

• Provide nephrology care to patients through hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and other renal therapies
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate New Graduate RN with a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. A degree in nursing from an accredited program is required, and experience in intensive care, critical care, or medical-surgical nursing is preferred. Certification in nephrology nursing is also a plus.
