Warehouse Inbound Manager

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Inbound Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the efficient management of all inbound warehouse functions, including budget, warehouse conditions, proper inventory levels, food safety requirements, equipment maintenance, and training of warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage warehouse operations to ensure accurate receipt and warehousing of product.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maximize warehouse space and ensure efficient product slotting.
  • Monitor warehouse expenses and recommend more efficient methods to reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, including OSHA regulations.
  • Recruit and train warehouse staff to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years previous warehouse/logistics management experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and RF systems required.
  • Excellent grammar, verbal, and writing skills.
  • Strong management skills to develop and set performance standards for staff.
