Key Features of the Position:
- Part-time role with flexible 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

The LPN will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of medical services, including but not limited to primary care, addiction treatment, and mental health support.

Care provided will be grounded in evidence-based practices.

Focus on addressing diverse medical needs across various health conditions.

Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
- At least 12 months of experience in a primary care environment within the past two years
- Possession of a valid and unrestricted LPN license in Ohio
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
