The successful candidate will have a strong strategic vision, leadership skills, and operational excellence to develop and implement effective total rewards strategies that drive performance, engagement, and retention across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in partnering with senior leaders, external stakeholders, and shareholders to drive corporate performance and total rewards strategy. A strong ability to connect with diverse groups, analyze complex data, and make informed decisions is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive Global Rewards strategy globally.
- Partner with the CEO and CHRO to ensure overall global total rewards strategies align with the long-term business strategy.
- Advise the Board of Directors, CEO, executive team, and HR leadership team on all rewards programs, including compensation and benefits.
