Job Summary

Coltene is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately picking products from inventory and properly packing customer orders for shipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick products from inventory using a handheld scanner and verify product information, including catalog numbers, lot numbers, and quantities.
  • Review all documents to ensure they match products picked from inventory.
  • Pack items for shipment or deliver items to the packing area.
  • Use correct packing materials and boxes to maintain product integrity.
  • Apply all necessary labels for proper packaging and safe transport.
  • Restock boxes and packing materials as needed.
  • Perform quality control by verifying orders for correct items and quantities prior to releasing packages to shipping.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and 1-3 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to operate all necessary material-handling equipment, including powered industrial trucks.
  • Ability to pass HazMat training and handle dangerous goods in an error-free manner.
  • Ability to quickly learn to use company's computerized inventory system.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write short correspondence and memos.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time hourly non-exempt position requiring at least 40 hours per week, with hours of work and days scheduled determined by the Warehouse Supervisor. Special circumstances, such as off-shift and weekend work, may occur on rare occasions. This position requires no travel.
