Key Responsibilities:

If you are a tax-focused expert looking for a unique approach to client service, you are in the right place. In your daily responsibilities, you will enhance your technical expertise in taxation and consulting. This position offers you the chance to challenge conventional practices and make a meaningful impact as you effectively oversee teams, projects, and client relationships. You will be part of a team dedicated to generating innovative ideas and delivering substantial value to manufacturing clients across various regions.

Qualifications Required:

A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting. CPA certification preferred; if not licensed, must meet eligibility requirements for CPA. Experience in tax compliance in areas such as S corporations, consolidated entities, partnerships, multi-state taxation, and inventory capitalization. Proficiency in tax return preparation and review. Experience in client engagement and project leadership. Ability to quickly learn new software and navigate CCH Axcess Tax. A keen interest in identifying trends and patterns in client data and financials, recognizing potential issues, and communicating them to supervisors. A commitment to staying informed about current tax matters and relevant industry developments. Proven track record of mentoring and guiding team members while managing projects. Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and deliverables. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain tax concepts clearly to both staff and clients. Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 20% annually. A desire to thrive in a progressive environment that values innovation and entrepreneurship. Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis upon hire.
