About the Role:

We seek an experienced Administrative Project Specialist to join our operations team at Paladin Technologies

As an integral member of our team, you will support the planning and organization of office and project activities, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.

You will be responsible for tasks such as maintaining inventory levels, overseeing mail distribution, and coordinating fleet maintenance, while also supporting project management activities, including planning and scheduling engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate written records, submitted on time and complete
  • Coordinate procurement of materials, supplies, and services, controlling timely delivery to job sites
  • Maintain construction schedules, coordinate task scheduling with other trades, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
  • Routinely walk job sites to ensure quality installation of company products
  • Assist in monitoring time logged to projects by all resources

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role, project management, security integration, or technical experience
  • Valid US driver's license with acceptable record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year (DOE), plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and 401(k) plan participation.
