Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage production support requests and help users triage reported issues.
  • Interact with non-SAP applications like Salesforce, Tax Engine, or other API applications.
  • Manage business partners through excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Quickly learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Implement complete Sales and Distribution module, Revenue contracts, Logistics execution, Revenue Recognition, Billing plan, and Intercompany processes.
  • Configure pricing and complex customization programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with companies managing software sales.
  • Solid knowledge in implementing software and subscription order to billing cycle.
  • 5 years of experience in SAP SD module.
  • Good knowledge of SD integration with MM and FI modules.
