Road Supervisor

RATP Dev USA is seeking a highly skilled Road Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

• Coach and mentor employees to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
• Conduct counseling and disciplinary actions as necessary
• Plan, assign, and direct work to ensure efficient operations
• Address customer complaints and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Monitor and evaluate bus operator safety and performance
• Assist with dispatching and clerical tasks as needed
• Meet all bus operator qualifications and maintain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Respond to emergencies and investigate complaints
• Maintain accurate records and reports

• Supervisory experience with hourly employees
• Computer literacy with working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AVL Software
• Familiarity with basic vehicle mechanical systems
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
• Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
