Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage for safe patient care.
- Provide guidance and supervision to non-professional staff members within the unit.
- Assess educational needs of the team and work with the Nurse Educator to develop relevant training programs.
- Oversee medication management to ensure proper handling and adequate supplies in line with company policies.
- Engage in direct patient care alongside other nursing staff to maintain clinical skills.
