We are seeking a skilled **Surgical Technologist** to join our team in the operating room. As a key member of our perioperative nursing team, you will provide direct and indirect care for patients, working closely with experienced nurses to ensure the best patient outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily focus on scrubbing in and supporting the circulating duties during surgical procedures. You will collaborate with our team to provide technical expertise and mentor new scrub personnel, utilizing your skills and attention to detail to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect care for patients in the operating room
  • Collaborate with experienced nurses to ensure the best patient outcomes
  • Scrub in and support circulating duties during surgical procedures
  • Mentor new scrub personnel and provide technical expertise
  • Utilize skills and attention to detail to ensure the highest level of patient care

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required, Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program required
  • Experience: Minimum two years surgical technologist experience preferred
  • Licensure and/or Certification: Certificate of completion from Accredited Surgical Technology Program required, BLS healthcare provider required
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, Flexible and adaptable to change, Ability to establish excellent interpersonal relationships, Excellent customer service skills, Ability to read, write, and communicate in English, Computer skills required, Ability to maintain confidential information
