Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asset Protection Associate to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #2854. As an Asset Protection Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our associates, customers, and merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve complex problems related to asset protection and security.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and prevent potential security risks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and associates.

  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mid-shift and closing shifts
