- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain engineering drawings and documentation.
- Work closely with production supervisors and suppliers to drive continuous improvements.
- Implement systems for efficiency and quality improvement.
- Analyze product lines to identify areas of potential process improvements.
- Create and maintain standard work process documentation.
- Establish equipment requirements and specifications.
- Support day-to-day operations and coordinate with other teams as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 0-3 years' experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Internship or classroom experience in manufacturing.
- Sewing construction experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry developments, trends, and experiences related to manufacturing.
- Knowledge of methodologies, tools, and techniques for designing, building, and managing the manufacture of new products.
The position requires regular sitting, use of hands to handle or feel, talking, and hearing. The employee is required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, and kneel. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds without assistance, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance.
