  • Member Account Maintenance: Open, close, and maintain consumer checking and savings accounts, CDs, IRAs, and HSAs.
  • Customer Service: Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide routine information about products and services.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash drawers, count and reconcile cash, and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: One to twelve months of cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent cash handling and member service skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of personal computer operations.
