About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Care Options for Kids. As a member of our clinical care team, you will provide one-to-one nursing care in a home environment, working closely with our clients and their families to deliver high-quality, personalized care.

A Day in the Life

As a Pediatric Nurse with Care Options for Kids, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families. Your day will be filled with a variety of activities, including providing medical care, assisting with daily living tasks, and engaging in activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
  • Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
  • Following the plan of care
  • Following all clinical and office policies
Requirements
  • Valid Pennsylvania LPN/RN License or Multistate License
  • PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person, not online)
  • Valid driver's license
  • G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

*Bonus for eligible cases only. The eligible employee will receive $500 after 500 billable hours worked. Eligible employees must complete the pre-onboarding process within 10 days of submission of the initial application. Valid for first-time employees only and on completion of all required documents. Parents and/or Guardians of a current or potential Preferred Home Health Care, a Care Options for Kids client are not eligible to receive a bonus.
