Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the transportation of clients while their vehicles are being serviced, utilizing rideshare, rental, or company vehicles.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping and secure document storage.
  • Assist in creating, modifying, and finalizing repair orders in the shop management system, serving as a backup for Service Advisors when needed.
  • Handle phone inquiries as required.
  • Support invoicing and payment processing as necessary.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Note: Travel to various locations may be required on an as-needed basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the necessary languages for the role.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
  • Proficient in math and computer skills, with experience in software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
  • Focus on member service excellence.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the retail, sales, or service industry.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Engage in various physical activities including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and lifting.
