About the Role:
Polaris Inc. is seeking a talented Software Quality Engineer to join our team in driving change and innovation. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies that ensure our products meet the highest standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our software development and cross-functional quality teams to proactively and reactively address quality issues. You will lead efforts to define key performance characteristics for new features and work closely with validation teams to develop test cases. Additionally, you will communicate the state of quality and any risks back to product stakeholders for both released products and those currently in development.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data-driven approaches and experience using tools such as Python, object-oriented programming, dSpace HIL, ETAS, NI, CAN/J1939/UDS, MATLAB/Simulink, and Git. Excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication capabilities are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we also provide opportunities for professional growth and development within our company.
