The successful candidate will work with minimal supervision and collaborate with various facility units, including business office, medical staff, and nursing. A strong understanding of mental health principles and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the intake and admission process for patients
- Handle inquiry calls and communicate with referral sources
- Assess patient mental health status and make recommendations for level of care
- Collaborate with facility units, including business office, medical staff, and nursing
- Review patient packets and complete admission requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Minimum of two years experience in the mental health field preferred
- Licensed in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse required
