Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our Component Lifecycle Management team within the Cardinal Health Presource kitting division. This role is pivotal in overseeing a comprehensive partsbase that includes over 35,000 products sourced from more than 500 suppliers.

Role Summary
The Senior Manager will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the partsbase, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and market demands. This position requires collaboration with various cross-functional teams to effectively manage product updates, supplier transitions, and new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for managing the partsbase, including the addition, revision, and discontinuation of components.
  • Establish processes to maintain the integrity of the partsbase in response to evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects related to re-sourcing, product launches, and supplier changes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of three direct reports, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the medical device industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $103,500 - $152,985. This role is eligible for bonuses and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
