Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a Physician Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our organization's clinical strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to a panel of up to 450 patients, with a focus on improving health outcomes and enhancing the patient experience.
- Lead a Team of Healthcare Professionals: Supervise and mentor a team of care promoters, care facilitators, and care coordinators to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations.
- Develop and Implement Clinical Strategies: Collaborate with our clinical leadership team to develop and implement evidence-based clinical strategies that improve patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that focus on improving patient satisfaction, reducing readmissions, and enhancing the overall quality of care.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Clinical Best Practices: Stay current with the latest clinical research, guidelines, and best practices to ensure that you are providing the highest quality care to your patients.
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Similar Specialty: Must have a medical degree from an accredited institution and be board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty.
- Current State Medical License: Must have a current, active State Medical License for the state(s) in which you will be working.
- Board Certification and Maintenance: Must be board certified in your specialty and maintain board certification through ongoing education and professional development.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Must have a current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
