Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of 50-75 files, including handling depositions, mediations, and court proceedings
  • Oversee 2-3 associates and provide guidance on case handling and strategy
  • Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including admissions, disclosures, and interrogatories
  • Attend and manage hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
