Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dependable Facility Operations Supervisor to oversee one of our client locations. Work Schedule
4:00 PM to 8:00 PM: Days may vary

Compensation
$17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting of restrooms, break areas, and other designated spaces.
  • Execute dust and wet mopping of floors.
  • Manage waste disposal and replace trash can liners.
  • Train new team members as needed.
  • Address emergency situations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Inspire and lead staff at the assigned location.
  • Oversee multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, and communication); bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and perform bending tasks.
