This role is responsible for providing critical support to patients in crisis, working closely with ESP Clinicians to ensure effective care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide phone and in-person support to individuals in crisis
  • Accompany ESP Clinicians during assessments and make referrals as needed
  • Assist in executing dispositions determined by the ESP Clinician
  • Perform bed searches and other tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
