Bakery Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bakery Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sam's Club. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh baked items daily for our members.

You will maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members, as well as ensuring a clean and neat working area.

• Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment, following recipes/make-up instructions, and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality and date control standards for bakery items and secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a related field preferred.

As a Bakery Operations Coordinator at Sam's Club, you can expect a competitive hourly rate between $16.00 and $23.00, plus additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
