About the Role

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive store environment. You will work closely with our sales team to achieve sales goals, provide product recommendations, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and technologies
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to visual merchandising standards
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals, provide product recommendations, and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Assist with visual directives, product replenishment, and other tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems and technologies
