As an Intermediate Care Registered Nurse, you will deliver expert nursing care within an Intermediate Care environment. You will work alongside a dedicated team to evaluate, monitor, and support patients to achieve the best possible health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized nursing care to patients in intermediate care settings, addressing a range of acute and chronic health issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute personalized care plans for optimal patient recovery.
• Perform advanced nursing interventions and procedures as necessary to enhance patient health and comfort.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license
