Position Overview

As a part-time Stylist, you'll be the face of our organization, providing WOW service to every guest by making a difference in their day. You'll love our inspired designs and purpose-driven brand, and you'll be proud to represent our culture uniquely and positively.

Your Responsibilities

  • You're Customer Focused: You'll build and maintain relationships with guests, using our WOW Service Principles to connect with them and make a difference in their day.
  • You Drive Results: You'll set goals and work hard to achieve them, consistently trying to build guest connections to grow our brand footprint and store performance.
  • You Build Networks: You'll share Kendra Scott's brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community, believing in our impact and wanting others to know more.
  • You Instill Trust: You'll do the right thing, always adhering to Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
  • You Communicate Effectively: Guests will come to you to educate them on product details and personal style, and you'll be an expert at making product suggestions to fit their needs.
  • You are Nimble: You'll find ways to thrive no matter where you are, easily flexing between the Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Operations as needed.
  • You Take Action: Making a difference in your guest's day will be your priority, and you'll be able to assist in proactively resolving concerns to ensure their experience is always positive.
  • You Collaborate: You'll support your team in providing WOW experiences for all guests, even behind the scenes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
