Our pay rate is competitive, with a range of $35.00 to $60.00 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.

Responsibilities

As an HVAC Installation Specialist, you will provide support on HVAC construction projects by reading and interpreting blueprints as needed. You will also be responsible for laying out roof penetrations and ducting, as well as sheet metal fittings, as directed by the foreman. Additionally, you will assist the construction foreman as needed and coordinate job schedules to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • HVAC sheet metal installation knowledge
  • Knowledge of sheet metal installation and piping of commercial HVAC units
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform sheet metal assembly
  • Knowledge of jobsite safety and ability to oversee work activities
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma and trade or technical school classes, as well as 4+ years of experience in the construction industry and hands-on field experience in commercial HVAC construction and major market remodeling.
