Ricoh Americas Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Lead II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and on-the-job training to other technicians and delivery/install drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and set up all assigned equipment, performing operational checks and making necessary adjustments using the Supply Chain Install/Return Checklist.
  • Perform setups on advanced equipment, such as production gear.
  • Program equipment to match specific customer requirements, following Customer Configuration Document (CCD) specifications, and potentially test new CCDs.
  • Champion continuous quality and productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot equipment failures, making necessary repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Complete all required administrative tasks accurately and promptly.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in mechanical or electronics trade school and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience. You should have demonstrated mastery of all shop technician competencies and excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
