Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will assist the Executive Housekeeper with various functions in the housekeeping and laundry areas of the hotel. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain exceptional service levels through guest and team member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper with daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and meeting spaces.
  • Ensure high levels of quality are maintained in all areas, including guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, department storage areas, and work areas.
  • Lead the Housekeeping team to successfully achieve quality, cleanliness, and Drury standards to exceed company quality expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
