Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Dracut, MA. This role is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse safely and efficiently, loading/unloading route delivery trucks by hand or forklift, and performing administrative tasks as needed.

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,360 ($20.90/hour), with potential overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and maintain warehouse standards through safe and professional working practices.
  2. Palletize products for loading onto route delivery trucks and tractor trailers.
  3. Operate warehouse equipment, including Forklifts and Electric Pallet Jacks.
  4. Store and handle products properly, ensuring inventory levels are accurate and maintained.
  5. Maintain good housekeeping and uphold warehouse standards at all times.
Requirements/Qualifications
  1. Highest level of education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Age requirement: At least 18 years old.
  3. Licenses and certifications: Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years).
  4. Physical demands: Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs during the work shift.
  5. Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as needed.
