At BSA Hospital, we are seeking a skilled Graduate Nurse to join our team. As a Graduate Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assess and evaluate patient health status and develop individualized care plans
* Administer medications and monitor patient responses
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
* Educate patients and families on health education and disease prevention
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

**Requirements:**

* Expected graduate or graduate from an accredited ADN and/or BSN school of nursing
* Eligible for issue of TBON Graduate Nurse Permit, TBON RN, or Compact state RN license
* CPR certified from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
* Previous acute care experience preferred
