Job Title: Audiologist
Salary: $90k-$170k per year, with quarterly bonus eligibility based on relevant experience, education, and other qualifications.
About the Job: As an Audiologist at our Leesville, LA clinic, you will play a vital role in ensuring service members receive the best care possible. You will apply the principles of hearing science and audiology to formulate Independent Medical Opinions (IMO) and/or independent medical exams for a unique claimant population of past and present military service members.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret various tests to determine the type and degree of hearing impairment.
- Evaluate test results in relation to behavioral, social, educational, and medical record reviews.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and document findings in electronic medical records.
- Conduct otoscopic examinations, cerumen management, and calibration checks of audiometric equipment.
Requirements:
- Doctorate Degree in Audiology (Au.D) from an accredited college or university.
- 5+ years of clinic practice experience.
- Current licensure as an Audiologist in the state of employment.
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and/or American Academy of Audiology (AAA) certification prior to hire.
