Montessori Educator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Montessori Educator to support a mixed-age class of Infants, Toddlers, and preschool children in a dynamic learning environment.
As a key member of our founding team, you will have the opportunity to empower young minds and contribute to a high-quality educational program that fosters independence, self-confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
The ideal candidate has experience working with children aged 0-6 and is willing to learn and grow in a supportive community. We offer fully sponsored Montessori diploma training and ongoing professional development through the Prepared Montessorian Institute, as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.
In this role, you will observe children closely to understand their needs, prepare a beautiful and orderly environment that fosters independence and concentration, and provide individual and small-group lessons to support each child's development.
