Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans to address patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions to patients, including exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment training.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and students in patient treatment.
- Design and administer treatment programs to increase patients' levels of functioning and independence.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
- Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association is required.
- One year of experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds at times.
