About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality vehicle body work and part repairs in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Collision Center Estimators to identify required repair tasks and ensure completion to customer standards and satisfaction.
  • Perform all aspects of body and frame repair work per estimate and according to manufacturer's standards.
  • Prepare vehicles for body repair work, ensuring accurate identification of required parts and timely completion of tasks.
  • Verify parts against estimates and ensure proper ordering and receipt of necessary components.
  • Notify Estimators of any additional repairs needed and potential difficulties that may impact job quality or promised timelines.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, adhering to recommended safety guidelines.
  • Wear required personal safety and health protective equipment, including respirators, as specified by the manufacturer.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Three to five years of experience in auto body repair, preferably in a dealership setting.
  • A Valid Driver License and clean driving record are mandatory.

Compensation:
