U-Haul International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of multistory self-storage buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience in new commercial construction, project scheduling, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and plan projects from beginning to end, including preparing budgets and cost estimates.
- Create and maintain construction schedules, collaborate with engineers and architects, and communicate project progress.
- Manage construction of commercial buildings, contractor selection, and contracts.
