About the Role

The Judge Group is seeking a highly skilled Residential Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. As a key member of our mortgage banking team, you will be responsible for originating and processing residential loan applications, developing client relationships, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and process residential loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, attorneys, and other industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify customers' needs and match them with suitable loan products, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely loan processing.
  • Monitor loan pipelines and collaborate with loan processors to ensure efficient and accurate loan processing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in residential loan processing or origination, preferably with a financial institution or mortgage banking company.
