Physical Therapist

Sugar Maple Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in an Outpatient Private Practice Clinic setting. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic and spine-related conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting, preferably in orthopedic and spine therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
