Job Description:

The Shipping/Receiving position is a critical component of our distribution network. We are seeking a skilled individual who can excel in this role by verifying and maintaining accurate records on incoming, stocking, and outgoing shipments.

The ideal candidate will prepare items for shipment by performing various duties, including safely and efficiently loading and unloading products, verifying products received from suppliers against packing lists, and storing products on designated shelves.

Additional responsibilities include determining the best method of packing products for adequate protection during transit, utilizing the Transportation Management System (TMS) to select the most efficient shipping mode and freight carrier, and maintaining inventory accuracy using the ERP system (Epicor-Prelude).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Data entry experience
• Forklift operation skills or willingness to be trained and certified
• Proficiency in Outlook email
• Prior warehouse, shipping, and/or distribution experience is preferred

• A competitive estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
